There is a commercial kitchen and a dining and living area to serve workers, heated by an oil-fueled Toyo space heater with an oil-fuel water heater. Note: we were told that the roof currently has some leaking issues. Assumed all features are operational. Bath House The bath house is a metal skinned 12' x 24' building with a metal roof on a wood foundation. It has a small, covered deck w/ stairs area and has an oil-fired water heater suppling (2) showers, (2) sinks, (1) washer /dryer and (2) toilets. All utilities are above ground, with the interior in fair to average condition with unfinished sheet rock and painted plywood walls, and some water lines attached to interior walls with the mechanical components next to the washer /dryer Six Room Bunk House This metal sided, metal roof 12' x 48' building totals 576 SF and is on a wooden foundation with (6) sleeping rooms, each with their own entry. We did not inspect the interior, being currently boarded, we assume the interior is in average condition.
