No well, Sellers used river water and boiled it for drinking. Successful Buyer will need to complete application to be approved by the Borough. Lease contract is for 5 years with a $200/yearly fee. Depending on the time of year, official approval could takes several months as the Borough does not convene during the summer months due to fishing.
