There is a place to land on the ground not too far from the cabin to get resupplied when needed during the winter. Cabin comes mostly turn key. Foundation consists of logs/stilts giving storage underneath, with rocks underneath the woodstove for additional support. Outhouse is included. No well, Sellers used river water and boiled it for drinking. Successful Buyer will need to complete application to be approved by the Borough. Lease contract is for 5 years with a $200/yearly fee. Depending on the time of year, official approval could takes several months as the Borough does not convene during the summer months due to fishing.
