This tract is located in eastern Sampson County about 3.5 miles south of Turkey, NC and 5+-miles SW of Warsaw I-40 Exit 364 and about 7-miles southeast of Clinton. This is a mostly woodland tract that was cut over around 2016; thus, about 8-years of natural regeneration of scrub oaks, mixed hardwoods and pines of pulpwood and chip-n-saw size trees scattered throughout. It has a north northwesterly slope. This land is suited for hunting, trail riding, hiking, farming with good road frontage for potential development along Needmore Rd. (1,300'+-)) and Colwell Lane (868'+-dirt) which is mostly cleared land. Soils appear to be generally moderate well to well drained Autryville, Blanton, Marvyn and Wagram soils on 0-12% slopes which are generally suited for septic systems; however, Sampson County Environmental Health should be contacted to test the soils to verify what portions of the tract are suited to septic systems.
