The undulating topography slopes southwest and is low along Six Runs Creek of which approximately 15+-acres are within the FEMA AE Flood Zone along the creek. Wood paths throughout but most are overgrown; thus, access to rear portion of the tract is over the Colwell land. About 80% of the soils appear to be well drained but suitability for septic systems must be determined by Sampson County Environmental Health. Overhead distribution power line easement crosses tract.
