What a piece of history!!! Pucky Huddle General Store and Post Office, was the palce to go for community, and to purchase anything you did want to drive to town for. It also was a fully functioning post office. The original store burnt down and these owners bought the lot to rebuild the store! They opened and covid changed the plans, they closed Dec 2023. The new store has an apartment inside and plenty of retail space. People still stop in the hear the stories and looking for Pucky Huddle! The old dock was build on and is now called "The Hall" it is 65x11 with a kitchen and bathroom (There is no water, so it has grey water line out and composting toilet). The other small cabin has electirc and a loft, ready to build to your dreams! Behind the store is the original stone spring house nestled next to the Spring fed Woodlock Creek. So mauch potential here!!!! What would you do with this GEM???
