It's up to you to bring it up to your taste or just install carpet and do the remodel later. Located on a corner lot of 13,300 sq. ft. (95' x 140') Alley access to backyard and two storage buildings. Privacy fence. Great room is open to dining area and kitchen with French doors to concrete patio. Golden Oak cabinets in kitchen with office desk, storage. Kitchen counter tops have been replaced with solid surface in neutral color which might be Corian. Wood burning fireplace in great room. All brick with vinyl eves and soffits. Primary bedroom has private bath with walk-in shower, double sinks and two closets. The carpet and pad have been removed from the house so the buyer can get a good look at the concrete flooring under the carpet.
