Very nice lot close to town. Lot was marked a few years ago - flags may or may not be currently present. Nice gentle sloped downward lot towards HWY70. There is power that runs along the dirt road that borders the property. Last time I was there a couple sections of the road had fairly deep water (around June) so road may or may not be passable without 4WD. There are houses all around the area nad the closest house on Old County Road is about 500 yards away. Across the road is unobstructed and opens to huge meadow, limitless hiking, biking, ATV - all the thrills of the outdoors! Close to town! Property does NOT extend all the way down to HWY70.
