Additionally, the upstairs exterior AC unit was replaced and all new ductwork installed. The large bonus room upstairs can accommodate several beds. The house features an electric fireplace with a wooden mantel and surrounds. Most of the gutters were replaced and the landscaping was refreshed with many new plants including gardenia bushes and Hibiscus trees and new mulch. Guests will enjoy the outdoor kitchen which boasts of a grill and hibachi, sink, and granite counters. A 10 x 16 barn-style shed with two lofts was brought onto the property after the hurricanes.
