Tofte Cabin Trail is not a public road so it has a maintenance agreement between property owners. Fees are approximately $500 per year. The road is not typically plowed during winter, though loggers etc. may plow as they need. There is an old, grown over for 20 years, driveway partway into the prope...rty, beginning a little to the right of the sign. This is an outstanding waterfront property with good access to the lake. Greenwood is a premier lake of 2,000 acres with excellent fishing and other opportunities.
