The perimeter of trees, and foliage around the neighborhood provide privacy in the summer and beautiful photos in the fall. The neighbors are welcoming and trustworthy. The peaceful pond in front of the house with the bass jumping out of the water to say good morning makes you want to go outside every morning and engulf yourself in the breathtaking serene. The warm breezes that pass over the pond and reach the house are welcoming at every point of the day! There is plenty of yard place for the kids or grandkids to run around, or to entertain guests. The island located in the middle of the pond on the property looks like itâs straight out of a movie. I loved every time I could row out to it and escape for a while. However, when the winter came it was awesome to skate on the frozen pond or cast a line and do a little ice fishing. The patio off the living room is perfect for grilling on a summer afternoon, or sipping a coffee in the cool fall evenings. What I love about this house is the layout! The rooms are close enough where everyone can be together, but allows provides separation when needed! Windows all around the house allow for so much natural lighting! The living room is positioned in the middle of the house with the kitchen just a skip away for a late night snack, close enough to the dining room to actually eat in it! There is plenty of closet space for storage, or the items your bought on your shopping spree shhh!! The garage is spacious and the driveway provides the ability for multiple vehicles at one time. I have loved coming home to this quaint home every night for the last 15 years.
