Some business ideas for this property include renting to government agencies for longer term, short term summer vacation rentals, or even a charter fishing business; Edna Bay is in a wonderful fishing & hunting area! Apparently Edna Bay would also like a cafe or restaurant. In places like this, you can make it up as you go along, open a restaurant once a week for a community night or draw in vacationers in summer. There are lots of possibilities for the right person, and the right person for places like this are resourceful & independent thinkers.
