The house is in excellent shape being built in 1985. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and only about 15 minutes from Burlington, IA and 30 minutes from Galesburg, IL. The foundation, roof, utilities, and the like are all in tip-top shape! The house has a dry basement with concrete floors and w...alls. The furnace and hot water heater are natural gas. We have updated the lighting, flooring and kitchen to a modern theme. The master bedroom has a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi tub. There are two upstairs bedrooms-one with a large walk-in closet. The main room upstairs overlooks the Mighty Mississippi. All the stairs are very gradual inclines with railings, and it includes a ramp outside from the driveway into the house.
