Re-Development Property: Ami's Acres has been serving Glenwood Springs since 1972 as a campground and RV park, but the owners want to see it re-developed into housing that is badly needed in Glenwood Springs and the Roaring Fork Valley. Ami's Acres has an engineered sewer system with a macerating lift pump that brings sewage to the Glenwood Springs sewer plant just a few hundred yards to the east.
