Spring will be amazing after all the clearing work, there will be daffodils, tulips, crocus, iris, crocosmia & all kinds of other surprises! There are all sorts of roses, fuchsia & rhododendrons. There are also clematis. Dad was a master gardener & spent almost fifty years planting flowers all over the place. If the new owners like birds fill up the feeders & watch the show! My dad would feed them & the yard would come alive with every kind of bird you can think of. Resident bobwhite quail, squirrels & bunnies will run around the yard with an occasional deer. Dad actually raised & released bobwhite quail & the birds could be some of his.
