Egress windows in the bedrooms give great cross-ventilation. Prior to the remodel, a wood burning kitchen stove was in the camp. While the stove was removed, the chimney and flue were retained so that a small wood or pellet stove could be added if desired. The shed has electricity to accommodate workshop tasks. In addition, a well was dug (400' deep) and connected in 2023. Being at the end of Pratt Lane at an outlet creates a peaceful picturesque setting with a completely flat lot and easy access to the lake.
