The Tanner Ranch includes 1,717 acres of beautiful mountain lands located just seven miles north of Montpelier, in Bear Lake County, Idaho. The nearby Bear Lake State Park is known as the "Caribbean of the Rockies", and real estate and development is booming in the area.
