Rugged and wonderful, this 26.08 acre parcel sits perched up on the upper edge of Chihuahua Valley, Warner Springs, San Diego County. Accessed by leaving paved Chihuahua Valley Road just past the 5-mile marker, heading NORTH on Valley Oak Lane where the Quarter Moon Ranch sign is. Once to the top and end of Valley Oak, find a spot to park off to the right side where you won't be blocking anyone's driveway. Walk over and around the roped-off Old Stone Hill Road (which serves as the SOUTHERN BOUNDARY of the land) and hike back over one mild wash-out and one pretty major one (you can see where the concrete culvert drainage was disturbed) roughly 1500 feet in. There is an old, round, brass survey marker on the right-hand side of the burm, marking the SOUTHWEST corner of our property. A short walk further will take you to a small arroyo and trail, which will gently level you up in elevation into the property, but still not quite even halfway in. Passing this trail will take you to a much larger swath of cleared area running along the property's EASTERN edge.
