Encompassing 18 parcels, the ranch is contiguous to thousands of acres of Bureau of Land Management (BLM) land, which connects to State land, Fort Peck Recreation Area, and Charles M. Russell (CMR) National Wildlife Refuge. The property is located less than ten miles to the east of Fort Peck Reservoir, which is one of the largest bodies of water in Montana. There are over 45 different fish species that inhabit Fort Peck, producing multiple state record fish.
