Very nice level topography then goes lightly down hill as you walk deeper into the property. Has vast mountain views and a small view of Shasta Lake from the beginning of the property. Easy access onto the land from Backbone Rd. Needs a well, septic & solar if you want to build a house or use the pr...operty for recreation. My cell phone works on the property. At about 1,600 feet elevation. Looks and feels very forested for being at such a low elevation. High ground clearance needed to reach the property due to some rough parts of the road the last mile or so in. Zoned Unclassified which typically allows for one family residence.
