The Resort is a gated community with 592 sites, a Golf Course, (2) Tennis Courts, (6) Pickle Ball Courts, (2) Horseshoe Pits, (2) Bocce Ball Courts, Fishing Lake, Laundry, Bathrooms & Showers, Dog Park as well as a Cafe and Market.... This gives you considerable more room for outdoor living space. A combination of a privacy wall and standard fencing surrounds the property on 3.5 sides of the patio. A golf cart parking space keeps the cart out of the entry way. Enter through the front gate to a spacious and private front patio. A brick capped planter runs along one side bringing lovely landscape into the space. The kitchen has a nice pass through from the Casita to here. The back patio was laid in large stone. There is plenty of room for a chaise lounge or two in this very private area. The Casita has a tiled roof, rain gutters, wood beam ceilings, light sconces inside & out, tiled floor and custom blinds. The two openings at the back actually have three sets of blinds layered. This enables great control over sunlight, and temperature inside the Casita. There are two ceiling fans and LED lighting. Pillars covered in colorful stone work show the designer’’s touch both inside and out of this amazing space. The kitchen includes granite counters, gas stove top, double sink with hot water, under counter fridge, storage and wine cooler, The dining area and the lounge are wonderfully spacious. There is a cabinet for a large screen TV. The TV and all furniture except the dining set may be negotiated for. Raising the blinds brings the outdoors in, creating the wonderful sense of resort living. If the temperature is COLD close the shades and bring in a propane heater. You will stay nice and cozy. Yes there are Smoke alarms inside as well. Dog lovers will delight in having a dog run with artificial turf on one side of the property.
