This is really interesting property loaded with a variety of pine including some old growth White Pine and huge Jack Pine. Access is via County Road 573 aka Deer Lake Road which is paved. Then an easement road for a few hundred yards into the property. This is likely recreation property but could be year round with some improvement to the existing woods road as the owner has driven a truck on this trail in previous years.
