I built the A-frame bunkhouse. It's on a highway, has Des Moines Water Works water, it's on high ground, I planted 7 acres of trees per DNR specs and put in a pond in 1998. Because of a drought I installed a well in 2000 to feed the pond and water the trees. I thinned out the trees 4 year ago per DNR, now there is 7 tax exempt acres of hardwood trees and has a 4ft. fence all the way around.
