The entire house was completely retextured/new drywall/painted, the foundation insulated. vapor barrier installed. new backflow for irrigation. and a new window package - All windows are on site, but not yet installed. New light fixtures, fanâ¦..new entry door, new hot tub lift and cover, front lights, and new security light on the exterior cabin. Large oversized deck that overlooks the river was also added last summer. There is plenty of designated parking and room to add a garage.
